Kuu is man who stands at around one hundred and sixty centimeters high and appears to be around sixteen years old. Belonging to the snow monkey race, he has two large ears and long sideburns and monkey-like features.
His arms and legs have thick hair of the same color as the hair on his head. He wears a short-sleeved shirt and half-length pants has a long tail like a lemur’s growing out of his half-length pants making him look like Sun Wukong (White Monkey version) from Journey to the West.

Kuu is instinctively impulsive. When he decides that there is something he wants to do, he will see it through. It is only when the situation stretches truly beyond safe measures that Kuu will agree that a situation may have been overestimated. As the son of the head of state, Kuu can operate at a level of sophistication if the situation demands it, though he prefers to remain casual in his interactions with others. Kuu demonstrates some aspects of a playboy, though his female interests rest entirely in beastwomen.
Biography[]
Kuu is the son of Gouran Taisei, the current head of the Republic of Turgis. Because of his station, many look at Kuu as an example for the republic, though Kuu does not seem to interested in being such a representative for the people of Turgis. It could be argued that Kuu is a rebellious at his current age, but he still exhibits moments of compassion and caring for the people of Turgis and its future. He has been involved in and struck several deals for the benefit of Turgis while within Friedonia.
Being the son of Gouran, he was assigned an assistant and guardian at a young age. It is unclear exactly when, but this duty has now fallen to Leporina. Due to Kuu's impulsive nature, he has a tendency to run Leporina ragged as she chases and chastises him for his actions. He would form a friendship at a young age with Leporina and eventually Taru Ozumi as well, and the three would frequently get into misadventures due to Kuu's leadership.
Kuu has some eccentric tastes in things. This is most notable in the custom cudgel weapon he favors wielding. He commissioned it from Taru, and it features ornate and intricate centipede-like carvings along and around the grip. He would later ask Taru to modify the weapon to add a drill feature, despite its impracticality. Taru fulfilled both the original commission and the modification, though she has commented multiple times that Kuu is foolish for having such a weapon.
Kuu is a bit of a playboy. He has routinely flirted with Taru, who he has blatant feelings for, which eventually she would likewise return to him. When Kuu and Kazuya's party first met, Kuu immediately proposed to Tomoe, despite her age, citing he saw potential in her. Roroa would step in to shield Tomoe, to which Kuu stated he saw no potential in her. Roroa would misinterpret this as meaning he was interested in a larger female chest, but he would correct this by stating his preferences lie with beastwomen due to their fur.
Kuu would help arrange the first meeting between his father, Kazuya, and Maria, which would lead to the Tripartite Medical Alliance. Afterwards, Kuu was sent by his father to Friedonia to learn about the culture and study, which Kuu took to with gusto. Kuu would later accompany Kazuya and the Friedonian military on the mission to aid the Union of Eastern Nations.
After returning from the expedition, Kuu would again attempt to flirt with Taru, and several days later she would accept his marriage proposal on one condition. The condition Taru set was that Kuu marry Leporina as well, as Leporina had developed feelings for Kuu. This seemed to surprise Kuu, but Taru would point out that Kuu flirted with every woman except Leporina because he cared, which Kuu could not counter argue. Kuu accepted the condition.
Kuu continued to learn in the Kingdom of Friedonia and act as a diplomat for the next several years. Notably during this period, he worked out several trade agreements for the Republic of Turgis with the kingdom, joined the Maritime Alliance, and took on Nike Chima as a retainer. Eventually, Kuu decided to return to Turgis.
