Synopsis[]
Kazuya Souma goes out on a mission while his fourth wife, Roroa Amidonia, goes to establish the merchant's guild. He goes with Carla Vargas, Liscia Elfrieden and Owen Jabana to the streets in disguise. The group is surprised to see the slums looking pleasent and Souma reveals that he's had help from the three-eyed race including a doctor, Hilde Norg. They meet up with Ginger Camus, a former slave merchant who was now making a school for the common folk alongside his assistant, Sandria. Ginger mentions that children studies are up thanks to the free lunch kids get but adults are hesitant to go to school. Souma agrees to think of a solution.
The group then heads to the distillery where Poncho Panacotta has made worcestershire sauce. They also go with the elder of the mystic wolves to the refugee camp. Souma wants the refugees to be either citizens of the country or leave the city's borders. They save the refugees from some thugs and slave traders that didn't make it past Souma's exams. They're assisted by Juno Minazuki's party and manage to sneak away.

They meet with the leader of the refugees, Jirukoma and his sister Komain. Souma offers them the choice to live in either Venetinova or leave the country. Jirukoma initially sees this as a wonderful idea while Komain rejects it. Eventually Brad Joker arrives asking for Hilde's help with a woman in labor. They get a tent and ask for the group's help. Souma explains that the child will consider this land home so Jirukoma decides to go to the front line with those who want to fight and leave his sister behind with those who want to stay. The baby was born successfully and was given the name "Fuku" by Souma.
After an educational program is formed, Souma talks with how poachers from the Nine Headed Dragon Archipelago Union have been invading thier waters recently.
