Summary[]
Kazuya Souma thinks about the various methods of travel in the kingdom as he eats in the mess hall with Liscia Elfrieden. He meets Ludwin Arcs and thinks about the three dukes. He mentions during breakfast that he needs to find reliable people who can do what he asks of them aside from Marx. He decides on using the jewel broadcast system. He makes his announcement to the entire kingdom and the people are inspired to participate. Four days after the exam, five candidates are chosen to meet with the king.
