Summary[]
Liscia gives Souma a lesson on the art of war in the Elfrieden Kingdom. He learns that the other side can't gain aerial supremacy while battling for a castle is different. Souma then makes sure that he'll win because he's a king now. After Tomoe gets Souma, Liscia reflects on Souma's words.
Souma talks with Hakuya about how the food shortage is resolved and now the three dukes have to be dealt with. Souma thinks about cruelty for a ruler has to be used once. After thinking about his grandfather's words, he prepares for the conquest.
