Piltory Saracen (ピルトリー・サラセン, Pirutorī Sarasen) is a character of Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki series. Piltory is a noble of the Kingdom of Friedonia and is currently the special Friedonian ambassador to the Gran Chaos Empire.

Appearance[]

Piltory Saracen is a young man with a masculine face around the same age as Halbert Magna. He looks like a serious and good-natured young man.

Personality[]

Piltory is hard working and devoted to Kazuya and Friedonia. When his house's past ineptitude was brought to his attention, Piltory vowed to make it back into a worthy house. He takes his job as ambassador very seriously, being apologetic when needs to make personal trips to briefly return to Friedonia. Due to his position as ambassador, he frequently interacts with high level officials and strives to interact properly in all scenarios.

Biography[]

There is currently no information on what Piltory was like before he became head of the Saracen house. Prior to his ascension, the Saracen house was neutrally aligned during the civil war conflict between Kazuya and Georg Carmine. While the house was not obviously corrupt, the previous head of the house seemed determined to back the eventual winning side rather than choosing one side at the outset. At some point after the civil war was concluded but before Kazuya was able to put Castor Vargas on trial, the previous head of the house either died or abdicated and Piltory took over.

Piltory was summoned by Kazuya as one of the fourteen noble heads to serve as something of a jury during the trial of Castor Vargas and Carla Vargas. These other thirteen houses, much like the Saracen house, had taken a neutral stance during the civil war. Kazuya considered this too great of a loyalty risk, and so with Hakuya, developed this trial scenario as a test of the fourteen's loyalties. When Kazuya posed the question to the pseudo-jury about what he should do with Castor Vargas, it was only Piltory Saracen and Owen Jabana who voiced that he should be spared execution. Kazuya had the two forcibly removed from the area, which caused the remaining twelve to more firmly believe in the execution. However, Kazuya having no intention of executing Castor, saw this as confirmation that the twelve would never truly be loyal to his leadership and had them all executed on the spot. Due to his exhibition of loyalty, Kazuya granted Piltory the position of ambassador to the Gran Chaos Empire as a means to work on restoring the Saracen honor.

Before Piltory was able to depart to the Empire, Kazuya implemented his policy changes regarding the evaluation of noble houses for promotions and demotions based on their territory management. This caused the gathering of skilled individuals by the noble houses to assist in management. Piltory was unable to secure any individuals to aid the Saracen domain, and turned to the slave markets in search of skilled slaves. This is when he encountered Ginger's collection of skilled slaves and met the sisters Anzu and Shiho. Though he initially sought skilled individuals for territory management, he fell in love at first sight to the sisters. He changed his intentions at that time to freeing both and marrying them. Piltory cited that it would likely be better for him to marry someone of lower social status as he worked to rebuild the Saracen house. Fortunately for him, both Anzu and Shiho were attracted to Piltory as well, and Ginger sold them to Piltory. He subsequently both freed and married the sisters before the three departed for the Empire. A few months later, Piltory would briefly return to Friedonia with Anzu as she was pregnant, and he desired to have the children born at the Saracen house. The process would repeat shortly after Anzu and their child returned to him in the Empire, except this time it was Shiho who was pregnant.

Piltory has frequent interactions with both Kazuya and Hakuya through the use of the private Jewel Voice Broadcast established between the Gran Chaos Empire and Kingdom of Friedonia. Within the Empire, he routinely interacts with both Maria Euphoria and Jeanne Euphoria. He frequently finds himself confused as all four have a tendency to loop him into situations that he would otherwise be excluded from. He is also slightly concerned about the club formed by Jeanne and Hakuya where the two share their complaints about their respective leader, which Piltory has acted as a parcel delivery service for during his brief returns to Friedonia.

Piltory is currently within the Gran Chaos Empire serving as ambassador.

Trivia[]

  • His marrying sisters and then technically making his children sibling/cousins is oddly like Touya Mochizuki from In Another World with my Smartphone.
