Randel (ランデル, Randeru) is a large city in the Kingdom of Friedonia and it was the former central city of Carmine Duchy in the Elfrieden Kingdom before the duchy was dissolved.
Location[]
Randel is located north west of Parnam in the Elfrieden region close to the former territories of Principality of Amidonia which is now the Amidonia region of Friedonia.

Randel while smaller than Parnam has a population comparable to that of a city-state. It is a heavily fortified city with a large castle at its center and surrounded by a wall. Due to the being ruled by generals who were indifferent to city management the city had not undergone major changes for around 100 years giving it a nostalgic feel.
