Before Summon

• ~500+ years ago
  • Excel Walter was born.
  • Elfrieden Kingdom is founded by the Summoned Hero the First King, with the cooperation of many races to create a multiracial nation.
• ~160 years ago
  • Castor Vargas was born.
• ~100 years ago
  • "Manas Chaos" was born as the second son of the King of Chaos Kingdom, who later inherited the throne when his father and elder brother perished in the war against the Euphoria Kingdom.
    • Rather than going for revenge against the Euphoria Kingdom for the death of his family members, Manas Chaos instead chooses to take the King of Euphoria's daughter as his wife, even going as far as to renaming himself as Manas Euphoria.
    • With the support of the equally-stronger Euphoria Kingdom, Manas absorbs the smaller countries around the Chaos & Euphoria Kingdom, eventually taking over even the Euphoria Kingdom itself, and forming the Gran Chaos Empire, but decides to permanently adopt "Euphoria" as the imperial families name, perhaps out of some small feeling of regret towards destroying his wife's homeland.
• ~70 years ago
  • A tsunami hits the future site of Venetinova.
• ~50 years ago
  • In fear of another expansion drive of the Gran Chaos Empire and to create a stronger nation in comparison to them, the King of Elfrieden (Elisha's Father), decided to wage an expansion campaign and annexed many surrounding lands from various neighboring nations, including part of Amidonia.
    • Following the annex of its land, the "Kingdom of Amidonia" declared themselves as the Principality of Amidonia, with the ruler taking the role of "Sovereign Prince", and vows to get back their lost lands.

  • The dimension of "Demon Lord" appeared on the Northmost of Landia.
• ~5 years ago
  • Maria Euphoria takes the throne of the Empire at the age of 14, after the death of her Father. Decides to implement the Mankind Declaration Treaty in-order to form a united front against the encroaching threat of the Demon Lord's Domain.
• ~6 months ago
  • Gran Chaos Empire requested the Elfrieden Kingdom to provide subsidies for the war against the demons. If they couldn't do that, the Empire had included a condition wherein they could carry out the ritual of hero summoning which was passed down in their country, and turn that summoned hero over to the Empire instead.

After Summon

1,546th year of Continental Calendar

• 4th Month
  • “30th day” - Kazuya Souma is Summoned from Earth, using the Hero Summoning Ritual by the Elfrieden Kingdom, as requested by the Gran Chaos Empire in lieu of paying monetary support to the cause.
  • "32nd day" - Albert Elfrieden abdicates the throne of Elfrieden Kingdom to Kazuya Souma and announces the engagement of his daughter Liscia Elfrieden to him.

• 5th Month - 9th Month
  • The first "The King's Gathering of Personnel" Event is held. The event lasts for three days.
    • Aisha Udgard pledges her loyalty to Souma.
    • Juna Doma sings for the Kingdom via Jewel Voice Broadcast and lays the foundation for the term “Lorelai”.
    • Hakuya Kwonmin becomes the new Prime Minister of the Elfrieden Kingdom following the event.
    • Tomoe Inui's ability to speak to animals is made known to the public. Her ability to speak to demons is revealed privately to Souma which prompts him to have the former royal couple adopt Tomoe at a later date.
    • Poncho Panacotta becomes the new Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and is renamed “Poncho Ishizuka Panacotta” in recognition of his vast knowledge of food that is later used to help solve the food crisis.
  • Little Musashibo begins adventuring around Parnam.
  • The First “The King's Brilliant Lunch/The King's Brillunch” program airs.
    • The refugee Mystic Wolves are given a district in Parnam for housing and manufacturing of hishio water (soy sauce) and bean hishio (miso).
  • A few weeks and a day following “The King's Brillunch”, Halbert Magna joins the Forbidden Army.
  • Construction on Venetinova begins
    • After warning Souma and the Forbidden Army at the Venetinova construction site of the "Wrath of the Sea God" (really an underwater tectonic plate shift occurring once every 100 years), Urup is sanctioned as a state-registered storyteller.
  • A landslide hits the God-Protected Forest.

• Early in the 9th Month

• Middle of the 9th Month

• Late in the 9th Month
  • Amidonia sends its scouts into Elfrieden.
    • Flame Pierrots appear in the southeastern region of Elfrieden.
  • Souma's ultimatum is issued to the Three Dukes.
  • "32nd day" - Marks the official beginning of The One Week War.
    • Souma Kazuya and his retainers defeat Castor Vargas, gaining control of the Air Force.

• 10th Month
  • “1st day”
    • ”Morning” - The Elfrieden Air Force launches an attack on Randel.
    • “Evening” - Souma Kazuya officially declares war on the Principality of Amidonia over the Jewel Voice Broadcast.
  • "3rd day" - Marks the official ending of The One Week War, along with the death of Gaius Amidonia and the takeover of the Capital Van by the Elfrieden Army.
  • “5th day” - Project Lorelai is implemented with Juna Doma, Pamille Carol, and Nanna Kamizuki gathering in Van.
  • Souma uses the Jewel Voice Broadcast to air a show across the Kingdom of Elfrieden and Principality of Amidonia.
    • News Elfrieden airs for the first time with Chris Tachyon as Elfrieden's first newscaster.
    • Three Lorelais and Amidonian Commander Margarita Wonder sing for the people.
  • In the week following the JBV, Van becomes a center of art and expression.
  • Souma and Jeanne Euphoria meet on a street corner in Van.

• • “20th day”
    • Souma approves a plan for naming bridges constructed for the Elfrieden Army's supply lines after him and his retainers.

• • "21st day"
    • The Gran Chaos Empire's army arrives in Van to negotiate its release to the Principality of Amidonia.

• 11th Month
  • The Elfrieden Kingdom annexes the Principality of Amidonia to form the Kingdom of Friedonia.

• 12th Month

  • 10th Day - Souma leaves to fight in Lastania
• Cian and Kazuha are born to Souma Kazuya and Liscia Elfrieden.
