Trill Euphoria (トリル＝ユーフォリア, Toriru-Yūforia) is a character of Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki series.
Appearance[]
Trill is a young girl of about fifteen with blonde hair in rolls. Her face appears a lot like her sister, Maria Euphoria.
Personality[]
Trill has an innate curiosity and passion for research. She is therefore obsessive about the Friedonian House of Maxwell, specifically Genia Maxwell, who she looks to as a sort of idol. She generally does not care much about her appearance, but is capable of appearing put together for official functions. She has a tendency to talk about tangents during conversations that interest her more than the focus of the conversation, especially when the tangents involve the Maxwells.
Biography[]
Trill is the the third daughter of the previous emperor of the Gran Chaos Empire and younger sister of both Maria and Jeanne Euphoria. Due to her passion and intellect, she is considered to be the foremost researcher within the Empire and was given a laboratory beneath the castle in Valois to conduct her experiments and research within.
Despite her capabilities, Trill has apparently been met with repeated failure in her experimentations. Unfortunately for her, many of these failures have resulted in large scale damages to property. The only specifically described instance of such failure was during an experiment that would eventually lead to the international joint research drill project. The explosion that occurred left a hole over five meters in diameter in the castle courtyard. Despite understanding that Trill's work was beneficial to the future of the Empire, Maria and Jeanne faced pressure from vassals that Trill's destructive endeavors result in some sort of punishment.
In an effort to appease the Empire's vassals and strengthen the bonds forged with Friedonia from the secret alliance formed after the One Week War, Maria decided to name Trill as the ambassador to Friedonia. Souma initially found Trill to be a troublemaker that was clearly being foisted upon him due his own collection of individuals considered eccentric. However, he would realize the value of Trill's own eccentricities and would eventually agree to work with the Empire on the drill project.
Though Trill is serving as ambassador, it is not clear exactly what those duties entail since the two countries already share direct communication lines through a private Jewel Voice Broadcast, though she did serve as the Empire's representative at Souma's wedding. Beyond this, she has not neglected her role enough that the threat Maria gave her (that Jeanne would come and drag her back to the Empire) has had to be enacted. Instead, Trill has been routinely involved in various research projects, most notably the drill project, alongside her idol Genia Maxwell, Merula Merlin, and Taru Ozumi. She apparently has a tendency to be excessively clingy towards Genia, disrupting potentially intimate moments between Genia and Ludwin Arcs.
